Sustainable Standards Development Job Description: * Working with the government of Ecuador, producer groups and organic certification agencies to establish the sustainable protocols and standards for EcoMama SCIC. * We are currently looking for several qualified individuals for the summer of 2007.  Other start dates may be negotiable. This is an internship position that requires some travel.  Qualifications: * Senior level undergraduates or graduate level students, or adequate related experience in field (MBA or other related graduate level students preferred) * Passion for the organic and fair trade industry * Fluency in Spanish preferred Specific experience or knowledge in one of the following: * Supply Chain Development * Manufacturer Network Development * Agriculture or Agroforestry Techniques * Fair-Trade and Organic Certification  Compensation:  * Cost-of-living allowance, room, and board provided in Ecuador.  * In addition, qualifying team members may receive equity shares in the Company and have the potential to become full-time partners in the future.
