Market Network Development Job Description: * Contact potential manufacturing partners directly and assist in the development of potential partners (manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, etc). * Use phone, email and direct visits to natural food and gourmet stores, fruit and veggie markets, florists and supermarkets. How You Can Help:  We are currently looking for several qualified individuals to assist with research and market development.  Start dates are negotiable, but we are looking for at least six month commitments.  This position may require extensive travel in both Europe and the USA. Qualifications:  * Excellent communicators * Senior level undergraduates or graduate level students, or adequate related experience in field * Passion for the organic and fair trade industry * Bilingual in English and either German or French * Work or classroom experience in the organic/fair trade industry preferred  Compensation: * Cost-of-living allowance, room, and board provided in The Netherlands plus travel expenses.  * In addition, qualifying team members may receive equity shares in the company and have the potential to become full-time partners in the future.  Location:  Head office is in The Netherlands and travel throughout Europe and the USA
